LOTUS
Young moon once desperately fell in love with lonely lotus on the lake, Each night it shone in silver from above... Caressing lotus petals with a flake. Flat leaves of water lilies near by were barely breathing and in awe, When finally the lotus gave a sigh... The sadness in it's petals begam to thaw.. The moon was overwhelmed wih sheer bliss, It's silver smile reflected in night skies, The moonshine and the flower merged in a kiss.. . With deep blue Water absorbing tears from their eyes. _ Marina Teplova Art by :-Archana
